Sweat EquityBeginning the first of the school year, any hours you put in to an ASPA function or Bingo, will count as 1 credit. Once you reach Registration - Beginning at the February Open House, Assumption School will begin taking applications for the upcoming Fall school year. Download and print the Registration Form and either mail or drop off to the school. |
FAQ
A: Bussing is available for students coming from Ashtabula, Madison and Geneva School districts.
A: Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary School does provide an after school Extended Day Program. Kids stay on our grounds right after school and have the opportunity to play outside, do homework, and have snacks under the supervision of qualified adults.
A: Stop in the Admissions Office located at 30 Lockwood Street and talk with our Secretary. Stacie will be glad to assist you in any way possible.
A: Be sure to complete a PSAS form (available in the School Office) and also apply for a scholarship from the Endowment Fund.
A: Prospective parents and students can arrange a visit by calling 419-466-2104.
A: Parents can make arrangements for their child to receive medication during the school day by contacting the campus nurse. All medications must be dispensed through the nurse*s office. For on-going medications, please fill out the appropriate form. |
